Terms and Conditions 

Refund Policy:
- Once sessions have started, you cannot receive a refund.
- If you request a refund before your first session begins, we will deduct the placement fee and any operational costs from the total amount refunded.

Instructor Changes:
- You are allowed to change instructors at any time.

Attendance:
- If you do not attend a session after the instructor has sent the link, the session will be considered completed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- You may cancel or change the time of a session up to two hours in advance. You are allowed two cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Session Completion:
- All sessions must be completed within one month of the first session.

سياسة الاسترداد:

بمجرد بدء المحاضرات، لا يمكن استرداد المبلغ.
إذا طلبت استرداد المبلغ قبل بدء محاضرتك الأولى، سنقوم بخصم رسوم تحديد المستوي وأي تكاليف تشغيلية من المبلغ المسترد.

تغيير المدرسين:
يُسمح لك بتغيير المدرسين في أي وقت :

الحضور:

• إذا لم تحضر جلسة بعد أن أرسل المدرس الرابط، ستعتبر الجلسة مكتملة.

إلغاء المحاضرات وإعادة الجدولة:
يمكنك إلغاء المحاضرة أو تغيير موعدها قبل ساعتين على الأقل من بدايتها. يُسمح لك بطلب الإلغاء أو إعادة الجدولة مرتين فقط.

إكمال المحاضرات:
يجب إكمال جميع المحاضرات في غضون شهر واحد من المحاضرة الأولى.
